CAROLINE L. BUCCI
Caroline advises domestic and international clients in all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Caroline develops and implements sophisticated estate plans utilizing various trusts, business agreements and charitable arrangements, that are tailored to each client’s specific objectives and designed to minimize taxes and preserve and protect wealth.
Caroline negotiates and prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and collaborates with matrimonial counsel regarding trust and estate issues related to divorce.
Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Caroline was an associate at a boutique trust and estate planning and administration law firm in Westchester County.
Caroline earned her law degree from Pace University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Caroline is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
